Domaine Christophe Cordier

A Family history

A family estate since 1945, the Domaine Cordier vines are cultivated with the utmost respect for the material and the constant pursuit of excellence!

A house that produces great wines often compared to the world's elite, masterfully managed by Christophe Cordier, a perfectionist and demanding man of the land, with a single objective: to reveal the best of each terroir.

“Terroir is nothing
without the will of man”

Today

Established in the village of Fuissé since 1945, in the heart of the most beautiful terroirs of the Mâconnais, Domaine Cordier today manages an exceptional mosaic of more than 120 plots of Chardonnay, over 31.5 hectares, spread across 9 villages.

Beautiful and long aging on original lees is achieved thanks to 3 barrel cellars and 1 tuns cellar, selection of the best French woods with very fine texture, coming only from high forests, home-burned.

Domaine Cordier has two magnificent gravity-fed cellars, fully air-conditioned with humidity control to meet the winemaker's requirements and enable highly precise work with the greatest respect for the material.
